Simple Six Tracker ("the app," "we," "us") is built to work with as little of your personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's stored.

1. Information We Collect

What we collect depends on how you use the app:

• Guest mode: if you use the app without creating an account, we don't collect any personal information. A local guest name is generated automatically and stays on your device.
• Account holders: if you create a free account, we collect the email address and password you sign up with, along with any display name and profile photo (or built-in avatar) you choose to add.
• Workout activity: the workouts you complete, your notes, streaks, and app settings — all generated by using the app.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or health data from other apps or devices, and we do not require any personal information to use the app's core features.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

• Workout history, streaks, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device, for both guest and signed-in users.
• Profile data for signed-in users — your email, display name, and avatar — is stored in the cloud so it can sync if you reinstall the app or sign in on another device.
• Passwords are never stored in plain text.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to:

• Operate the app's core features — tracking your workouts, streaks, and history.
• Let you sign in and keep your profile in sync across devices, if you create an account.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising — Simple Six Tracker has no ads.

4. Third-Party Services

Account authentication and cloud storage of profile data are handled by a third-party cloud service provider, which processes this data on our behalf under its own security practices. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your Choices

• You can use the app entirely as a guest, without ever providing an email or password.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your cloud-stored profile data.
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored workout history, streaks, and settings from your device.
• You can reach us any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — see Contact, below.

6. Children's Privacy

Simple Six Tracker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
